+KirklandExplorers
Our coin buying group is meeting at the Waimea Brewery on December 9th starting at 6pm to exchange coins and drink a beverage or two. We want to invite everyone in the area to show on up and bring some coins to exchange or join us for some friendly conversation! Edited December 1, 2005 by KirklandExplorers Quote Link to comment
+Shop99er
Thursday!!?? Thursday!!!? Not on a school night! NOOOO...and I so had my lips set for a loco moco. ARGGGGG! Quote Link to comment
+hydnsek
I would be glad to make it Friday instead, Dec. 9, if KE and the group agreed. I think that would allow a couple other folks in PCC to come as well, who can't come on on a 'school' night. But KE is setting it up, so it's his call. Quote Link to comment
+KirklandExplorers
Let me check the pub and see if it can handle us on a Friday night! Quote Link to comment
+Shop99er
Even Friday isn't going to work for us on the other side of the water. Don't get home until 5, showered and ready to go by 6 and there by, maybe, 7. It's too tight for us. Now Saturday anytime is perfect. *whine* *snivle* Quote Link to comment
+KirklandExplorers
I checked and they have both rooms and a band booked for the Saturday night. Friday night is wide open so I will change it to December 9th (FRIDAY) at 6pm ish. I reserved a table for 10 for the coin group proper but there is space available for anyone else wanting to show up! +hydnsek
Randy, that's great - why don't you start a new thread so the new date is in the title, we might get more folks. Quote Link to comment
Moun10Bike
I edited the topic title to reflect the date change. I hope that I can make it! Quote Link to comment
+KirklandExplorers
Dang, I left it on purpose the 8th so I would have an excuse to hang out there TWO days in a row in case someone was showing up besides me ... Thanks for changing it to the 9th! Quote Link to comment
+hydnsek
I edited the topic title to reflect the date change. I hope that I can make it! I'm sorry, we can't have members of that OTHER coin-buying group seeing our secret handshake and rituals.... Seriously, hope you can make it. We can compare thickness of our coin binders again! I just put the Tiki coins in mine; they are very cool but definitely not flat. Quote Link to comment

We'll just be gaining momentum at 7 pm. And no school the next day! Quote Link to comment
+Shop99er
I believe we're going to try to make it. How can we turn down a loco moco and caching. It's two of our favorite things! Quote Link to comment
+Recdiver
Let's see I get off work at 4 on Friday & even if it takes an hour to get there I'll be way early so I can either drink beer while waiting for everyone else or go caching in Kirkland...decisions, decisions, decision. +hydnsek
Will be there also. Have some of the new EVC coins for trade. E-mail if interested. Me too, and me too - bronze and silver EVC. Actually, I'll have my entire trade list with me, plus my keepers binder, and of course - the point of the party - the PCC coins to distribute. I almost hurt my back carrying it all to the car this morning. See you there! Edited December 9, 2005 by hydnsek Quote Link to comment
