HeathBar4
Hi, I'm a total newbee. This is my first time in the forum. Where can I find a list of the acronyms (TNLN, SL, etc...). Quote Link to comment
+MercRocks
A true Markwell FAQ Without your brain, a map is a piece of coloured paper, a compass is a glorified magnet, and a GPS is a waterproof battery case." " Foothills SAR " Quote Link to comment
+Centex Trekker
Marwells' FAQ doesn't have a list of acronymns, but it does have lots of info you'll find useful. There is also a FAQ on the "About Geocaching" sectiong of the website. Anyway, TNLN means, took nothing, left nothing. Not sure about SL. TPRB, means, The Powers To Be meaning the site admins. +Markwell
Actually, the FAQ does have that, but it links to a separate page. Number 7: I've run across a term in the discussion thread that I don't know. Is there a place that lists common terminology? Link is to this page of terminology. Markwell Chicago Geocaching Quote Link to comment
+Shoebox
I looked Markwell's list over and I didn't see LOL which I see a lot. All I can think of is lots of luck which doesn't seem to apply. Any ideas? Shoebox Quote Link to comment
