+Robespierre
Let's face it. Geocaching is a lot of fun, and as far as physical fitness, it's a lot like golf. You can play in any condition, but you can have more fun when you've prepared yourself. With that in mind... New exercise routine New exercise routine: If you're over 40, you might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some. Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program! SCROLL DOWN... NOW SCROLL UP.. .... That's enough for the first day. Have some chocolate. Link to comment
+SixDogTeam
Are we supposed to click on the down and up arrows, or are we supposed to drag the bar up and down? Dragging the bar is a LOT harder... Link to comment

Tahosa and Sons
It is said that beer is fattening, and I believe that having my kids walk to the fridge to get me a brew takes away the needed exercise. To keep this on TOPIC, I do take a bike to work and hike least once a week 6 to 8 miles; sometimes twice a week. That is one of the reasons I'm still in shape and 55+. Most of the young cachers don't even go up the hill after some of mine. Link to comment
