Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to delete archived caches from my 'geocaches owned' list ?

Nope.  Those caches are still part of your and other's visiting/attending history.   :)

We care about our history in the hobby enough to keep Favorite Points to long-archived caches we've found in place.  They were our favorites...

You do things for your own reasons, but I'm at a loss to understand why you would want to erase your history of archived caches. Does that mean going to the extent of making them invisible to others as well?

If I go to one of your caches and like it so much that I want to see what else you've done, then I can't?  Or, would I be able to look at a cache of yours that I FOUND before it was archived, and not see who put it together?

Is the point just to make the list shorter? If that's it, then maybe you could submit a suggestion to have a checkbox on the 'Hiders's List of Caches' page to optionally hide archived caches?

Yes, making the list shorter was my hope, as you say an option to hide archived caches on my hiders list would be a good feature.
