In person you pick it up and take it home. If you mean remove it online that's called archiving it. It's a log option on the cache page.

Are you referring to a cache you own? Hope so. If so follow both parts of what Max and 99 wrote.

 

If it is not yours and there is something wrong with the cache make a NM log and also send a message the CO if desired.

 

Looking at the caches hidden listed under your user name you placed two caches both now archived.

Actually, if there is something wrong and the cache needs to be archived, a Needs Archived log is appropriate. The volunteer reviewers will respond pretty quickly.

 

A Needs Maintenance log is basically just a message to the Cache Owner that everyone can see. Eventually, the volunteer reviewer might step in, but if there's really something wrong and the cache needs to be removed quickly, then that's a slow way to deal with it.

Looks like you know about the Archive option for owners. Both of your caches have been self-archived (not archived by a reviewer).

 

You archived them on 09/30/2011 and 11/15/2015.

You archived your owned caches years ago, so it'd be nice if you were a bit more clear what you're looking for.  Thanks.

Let's play a guessing game - that might be fun. :-)

 

My guess is that the thread opener wants the caches to disappear from his statistics, so not only send them to archive but get rid of them completely. If they were still active they could be adopted by a socket puppet account but I am not sure if archived caches can be adopted!? If not they'll stay in your history forever - and ever.....

 

Who's got a better guess? :-)

Archived caches cannot be adopted, and they cannot be unarchived for the purpose of facilitating an adoption.  So, if that was the question being asked, the answer is "you can't."
