On the top right, under the GC code of the log, you should see a trash bin. Make sure that you are logged as a owner of the cache. Quote Link to comment
+Tungstène
I still see a trash icon on logs written by other people for my owned caches but it changed colour. It's not red anymore. It's black and white. Can you see it? Otherwise try to force refresh the Web page. Quote Link to comment

+noncentric
Which browser/OS are you using? I just checked Firefox, Chrome, and Edge on a PC - and in each of them I can see the trash can icon when I view logs on my owned caches. It seems that GS has changed the icons, so maybe the new icon has compatibility issues with what you're using. Edited November 27, 2017 by noncentric clarified that my test was on my owned caches Quote Link to comment
+arisoft
Is it different when you open your own log entry from any cache? Same trash bin icon seems to be there at the same position with edit pen icon. Trash bin icon is SVG graphic element and lock is png image. Technically they are composed quite different ways. Your browser can display SVG as the letter symbol on the top of the screen is also made using SVG graphics. Maybe you have locked out for some reason? Quote Link to comment
+NanCycle
I got the same result in Safari--no trash can. But after I clicked on the encrypt lock, the red trash can appeared to the left of it. And the trash can stayed after I clicked back to decrypt.
