+CAVinoGal Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 How strong is your cellular or wifi signal? How much other stuff is running in the background on the phone? Do you have enough system memory or is the phone loaded up with apps? Weak signal, apps competing for RAM and available memory definitely have an effect on how well the app responds and functions. Try restarting the phone, then opening only the geocaching app and see if it works any better. Quote

+inkkuri Posted October 18, 2017 Posted October 18, 2017 The Android app stopped working for me too, It's not downloading the caches. I turned my phone on/off but nothing happened. And it won't download with Wi-Fi or mobile net. I've tried it in a few different places. I think there's a problem with the app. Quote
