nevadanick seeking list

longtomsilver's searchlist

Toojin's Seeking List

Twofingersdown's Wish List

Krazy_Kajun's Want List

As I am super busy I will give it till Saturday 17th for anyone else to join this round :D

... how in the world can you be 'super busy' ... ???

Few in the world even know where Estonia IS ... much less create cause for it to be busy there ... :P

When I took Round 9 to the Post Office they looked in their computer and said it looks like it was going somewhere near Russia ... so I thought I would have to deal with a forwarding service through the International Space station ... but then we noticed JP's address was just one stop short of that ...

Don't say near Russia! That's an insult! Estonia is a very proud member of the European Union! They even deal with the right money, the Euro....

But I agree, from your part of the world it's far, far away.

(Same as your address from my centre of the world, I must say.... ;-))

No offense intended.

I only mentioned Russia in relation to having to send the mission via the next rocket launch ... since Russia is handling most of the transit items to the Space Station. It was more about sending the mission beyond the Space Station ... Estonia seemed that far away ... LOL

Actually, the postal clerk did not even have a clue where in the world Estonia is ... ... until we finished the paperwork.

Well, why should your post clerks be smarter than ours?

From the Easter Mission Thread last year:

The young woman in the post office quite shocked me! At first she tried to charge me domestic postage for my parcel. I told her, no, it's international.

So she checked the address and asked: Canada. That's in Europe, right?

Ah, no. It's worldwide postage I'll have to pay.

That not enough, I had to ask for the green customs declaration. She had never even seen those and had to phone someone, who could tell her where to find those.

I filled in 'gift', as it is a gift.

Trouble is, in German 'Gift' means poison and the poor woman was utterly confused why I would sent poison to someone over in Canada, where-ever that might be.

I felt really lonely there in the post office, I must admid... <_<

In a way .. it is sad how uneducated the 'advanced technology' world has become ...

Estonia + Canada = border countries in the Neuro Hemisphere ... :lostsignal:
