+CacheDrone
This item is a preparatory release before the full item launch this weekend. Groundspeak will be unveiling its newest addition to Geocaching as a new cache type called "HistoryCache". These new geocaches will focus on presenting education content about human development and civilization. Groundspeak has become strategic partners with the American Museum of Natural History to bring forward this new educational experience based on the success of the EarthCache program. New areas for the creation of HistoryCaches will be added later today through a site hotfix with the main bulk of the content activated this weekend. CD Link to comment

CD Why is this being limited to just human development and civilization? After all, the birds and the bees, and the flowers and the trees were here long before we set foot on this planet! And don't get me started on dinosaurs! Bugs were here before them and they're still here. What's that you say, the dinosaurs went extinct? So why do they still get all the press? Link to comment
