+cachensfun
My brothers and I are hiding a cache about the Petoskey Stone (A type of fossil any found on Lake Michigan). earthcache.org sagest fossils as cache subject. So my question is how do you have the finders give you some measurement, makeup... when the fossil is only found as a rock. Noah Quote Link to comment
crawil
If you are creating an EarthCache, I would have them find, photograph and and measure a fossil. Quote Link to comment
+Wooden Cyclist
If you are creating an EarthCache, I would have them find, photograph and and measure a fossil. Requiring a photo showing anything specific is now considered an ALR for earthcaches. See guideline #6. Quote Link to comment

Requiring a photo as simple proof that you were there is not. Quote Link to comment
