+Vater_Araignee
Lets get this out of the way. Fake snow and glue is uber easy. I'm looking to take it to the next level, unfortunately just tinting the fake snow makes it a neon sign because of its lack of realism. Has any one figured out how to add that realistic unzipped look to fake snow? Quote Link to comment

Like I said "unfortunately just tinting the fake snow makes it a neon sign because of its lack of realism." I want that "realistic unzipped look" Just making it yellow screams HERE I AM!! but if it looks like somebody actually whizzed on it... Well then I could name it "Where the huskies go" and let the name be the hint. Quote Link to comment

+mtn-man
OK, seriously. Not sure what you mean by "unzipped". I've wondered about cotton since it would also hold debris. Might be more realistic. If there is snow melt, it would retain moisture and freeze into a block of ice though. That might be worse since it would really freeze the cache in place. I do like your yellow snow cache name though. LOL. Quote Link to comment

+vw_k
Try varnishing the cache container and sprinkling sand on to the wet varnish, when the whole lot is dried spray it white for a crispy snow look. Quote Link to comment

That sounds like it would be even harder to make look like something took a leak on it but I can see how it would blend regardless of snow type around it. Quote Link to comment
