+South Lyon Trekkers
I just noticed an attribute for "cactus." Is this new? I don't recall seeing it before. It appeared as a choice for a CITO event I am doing. Link to comment
+BlueDeuce
I don't see it under my regular caches. What's it above/below? (I tried starting a cito cache but I don't get the attribute option until after I click submit) Edited May 21, 2008 by BlueDeuce Link to comment
+South Lyon Trekkers
It's listed under the Hazards section, first one in the section, above Poison Plants. Link to comment
+benh57
It's listed under the Hazards section, first one in the section, above Poison Plants. Perhaps it was just added for the geocache GC14Q3M that is placed in the middle of a bunch of cactus, right outside Geo-woodstock.. (really, right on the road in front of geowoodstock) Link to comment
+The Hornet
It's listed under the Hazards section, first one in the section, above Poison Plants. Not when I try and find it! "Dangerous Area" is above Poison Plants. I can't see a cactus attribute at all, the closest I can find is "Thorns". Edited to say you're right! I changed my dummy cache to a CITO and it appeared. Interestingly, I added the attribute then changed the type back to traditional and it stayed there. However when I went to Edit Attributes there was no way I could remove it. +Isonzo Karst
Cactus as a hazard apparently only applies to CITO events. I fooled with a cache page, and that's the only cache type that can have a Cactus hazard. And Meet and Greet Events don't get to have ANY hazards. Interesting... Link to comment

I noticed that with Events as well, when I was trying to find the cactus hazard. It don't have any current CITOs up right now, so I couldn't test it. That's interesting. Link to comment
+South Lyon Trekkers
It's gone now. I was going to take a screen shot and it's gone. Link to comment
Jeremy
The cactus hazard has been removed and the hazards have been re-added for event pages. Thanks for pointing this out. Unless people lobby for the cactus hazard to return we'll leave that off the list. Link to comment

I was correct in where it was taken. With a little more thought I could tell you where on the loop drive that one is. I practically grew up in that area. I did grow up in Tucson. Link to comment
