I found a dog tag that expired in 1978 from somewhere in Virginia (I found it in Nevada ), I'm thinking of making a TB out of it. I'm pretty sure that dog is long gone Quote Link to comment
+triturtle Posted January 28, 2008 Share Posted January 28, 2008 (edited) I found a 94 year old man. He was an old avid hiker who had snuck away from his retirement home for a walk on the trail. Once I realized he was okay, I went on my way. I did make sure to hide my GPSr from his sight as I was afraid it would lead to an hour long discussion about what it is and how it works. Unfortunately it was our then 12 year old daughter who found it. Not surprisingly the geocache which was hidden only a few feet away went missing fairly soon. Quote Link to comment
