New Geocache Placing guidelines?

Got word over the past few days from our state Reviewer that some changes to some of the placing guidelines have been made. Can anyone fill us in on this?

Ok, I knew about the revision back in Feb. but has anything changed within the last month or two?

 

And I was out caching but I didn't know I was out that long!

Yes, there have been changes and I'm surprised that Briansnat wasn't made aware of them.

 

In addition to the normal labeling of caches on the outside "OFFICIAL GEOCACHE", Groundspeak now requires that the outside of all caches be marked with some homage to the FSM.

 

Acceptable markings:

1) The letters "FSM"

2) A pirate fish

3) A cacher wearing full pirate regaila

4) Anything that remotely resembles beer volcanoes in Heaven
