mindspan
I hid a cache and posted it for review here on the 13th and now it's the 17th... how long does it normally take to have your cache approved and visible on Geocaching.com? Quote Link to comment
+Juicepig
they are volunteers. Sometimes they go on vacations. Be patient, and send an email to the local reviewer. Ask nicely Quote Link to comment
lewis82
After 72 hours it is OK to contact your rewiewer. But normally it takes no more than 2 days. Quote Link to comment
+geezer55
Noticed this cache was your first hide, my first one took a while and it seemed like forever. Now they seem to okay my caches in a day or so. Quote Link to comment

+timrs2001
There seems to be a new cache checker for our area. It only takes a few hours to launch these days. Quote Link to comment
+WAAS Up!
8 days and still waiting... is it possible they could have lost it? Quote Link to comment
+Team Three Boys
HHUMM It only takes 3 days here in Alberta Quote Link to comment
+Landsharkz
Did you remember to check the box near the top of the listing that says 'this cache is currently active'? If you don't, it won't go into the queue for review. Quote Link to comment
+fingers crossed
(I'd check what Landsharkz said) Did you also try an email (If the above didn't work)? Quote Link to comment
+Juicepig
As the OP didnt update, I will try and make sense of it: The cache was published (the first one - in the alleyway next to the sleeping homeless guy, over by the gutter, broken glass and discarded needles). All the logs involved people "whining" over the location - so he insulted all the previous finders, then removed it. he has since moved it to another spot with similar complaints about location: http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...g=&numlogs= Quote Link to comment
