I've put this back to the committee, and we'll rethink. We certainly don't want to cause the shutting down of any existing forums or take people away from them, only to ensure that any area that wants one has its own forum. Having read through this thread, it seems to me that the way to go might be that we provide forums for any areas that haven't got ones but want them, and provide links (as Tony has suggested) to existing regional forums. --- Bill, Chairman GAGB Quote Link to comment

My point is that isn't there enough caching forums already? IMHO It's defragmenting this forum and I for one have enough caching sites/forums to log into already. We also wish to point cachers who're looking for regional facilities that already exist in the right direction. We've had some very fruitful discussion amongst the committee and with others today, and we think we have a solution that should be satisfactory to everyone.
