I have changed my username from darylt to Berklshire SAR Dogs

 

I have only found 16 or so Caches....

 

...is it acceptable to relog these caches with a note about changing my username

 

or

 

...hard cheese, go find em again

 

or

 

...don't worry about it, after all its only 16!

Yes I would agree. Just use the same date and state in the log your name old and new.

 

Best to do it now before you get too many

 

I am not sure why the removed the option to change names but sure there is a good reason.

I changed my name with no problem and logged my earlier caches with a note to say I had done so. I know others who have done so.

 

My old caching name is now non existent so there is no confusion.

As Deego says, do it soon so there are not as many to re-log.

After picking "Snakebiter" (I am known as just "Snakebite" on other forums but had to add the "R" as the other was already taken!) I wanted to change my name to "Johnny Cache" but that was taken as well.

i was advised to relog when i created the team account so the and reloed all the findins into that. Its a good idear to get it done soon as it can be a bit teadious when you have 10's of them to do let alone numbers in the 3 fiquire mark.

 

Same the usernale had to be locked. Changing them was far easier back then

/me is think that makes the change seem so old and far away in history.

Due to a change in the software being used by the Groundspeak, meaning the different sections [and any future sections] are being linked together. User names are permanently locked down now.
