+roadrunner5
We are coming up to our 100th cache and want to make it special like an important anniversary, What have you done for your landmark caches!!! Quote Link to comment
+Okiebryan
CONGRATS ON YOUR UPCOMING LANDMARK! You could do a really memorable cache for your landmark find. Something very intellectually or physically demanding. Or just bring along other geocachers. Quote Link to comment
Trinity's Crew
For my hundredth cache I ticked off my friend by: 1. Losing track of the find count 2. Finding it without him 3. Not making it the APE cache. APE was 101 and my friend came along for that. Close enough, right? Quote Link to comment
+hidingpool
For my 100th I did Nowhere in Sight[GCT75R], a 5/4.5 cache in the Florida scrubland. Wading creeks, crashing through palmetto, bakeing in the sun, I had a blast [note to self; bring more water next time]. A five-stage multi I'll never forget. Today I found a P&G in a parking lot. TFTH, hidingpool. Quote Link to comment

+GeekBoy.from.Illinois
Similar to others, my wife lost track and her 100th was a micro at a "Park - n - Ride". For my 100th we made an effort to make it a good cache. We wanted to use "The Kite" (GCNX0D), but we ended-up finding that one about 5 caches too soon, so I got another puzzle near by, "Ancient Civilizations: Egypt" (GCRYTQ). Both are nice caches, and are less than 2 miles from my house. the only celebrating we did was to go find a few more caches. Quote Link to comment
+Woodlit
A cache with a nice view is always a good idea. You can even make yourself one of those signs to hold up that say " 100th " and take a picture of yourself infront of the view. Quote Link to comment
+Kit Fox
We are coming up to our 100th cache and want to make it special like an important anniversary, What have you done for your landmark caches!!! I'm big on milestone caches Check my profile From cache 600 to 900, my criteria for each milestone was always bigger and better. I'm still researching #1000. My criteria may be different than yours, but I personally enjoy "legendary caches," such as tough terrain, or insane puzzles /tough terrain caches for each milestone. +George1
Check the Sept. 30th pictures in the logs at this cache, that I led a group to. Some celebrated their 500th, some celebrated their 1000th and the other couple just went over 1500. It was a great celebration in a very remote area, with Wine, Cheese, Sparkling Cider and Chocolates. Moshannon Falls Rafting Point Quote Link to comment
+jave042
Congrats! We are trying to think of something nice to do for #300. Whatever we do the roof will be tore clean off the place. We enjoy finding a "hole in the wall" dive bar close to a cool cache and buying shots for strangers like it's our birthdays and we all just became fathers at the same time. Just spread the love and post pics for the rest of us to see. Quote Link to comment
Trinity's Crew
The getting drunk thing goes without saying. After we got back, of course. Quote Link to comment
+jave042
Okay, yes. But the victory is so much sweeter when the cache is worth the milestone. And besides... you don't HAVE to get back home. Bring a tent or money for a cheep motel next to that shifty looking bar close to the cache. Just have fun with it. Quote Link to comment
+michigansnorkelers
Do a NIGHT cache! I think this one is in your area GCPYJX "A Nighttime Stroll In Borchard Park" I found this doing a pocket inquiry for your home city. For my 100'th I found a green jeep TB. Would have done a night cache, but I didn't know they existed at the time. Edited October 29, 2006 by michigansnorkeler Quote Link to comment
+Rorudawkins
"Special Scrapbook Page." I think you could take pictures and make a 100th geocache Scrapbook page to add to your geocache scrapbook! Rorudawkins Quote Link to comment
+Harry Dolphin
Hmm... Interesting problem. When I hit 100, there were plenty of caches to choose from (though I cannot remember which one I did for 100). (Not that anyone seems to notice my milestones.) Got number 1000 coming up in a couple of weeks, with any luck. It can't be anything too tough. My caching companion does not enjoy tough caches. And, of course, I would like my caching companion to be present for this milestone. The nearby list grow shorter at this stage. No kayaking caches. No swamp mucking caches. Maybe #1000 will come by chance? I may have to see where I end up on that day. 993 and counting. Quote Link to comment

+beckynone
We found our 100th yesterday. We took a picture, got back in the car.......... and went after 101. Pretty boring, huh? Quote Link to comment
+Corp Of Discovery
Do one you like and/or find interesting. Of course that applies to any cache really... Quote Link to comment
+wimseyguy
Congrats on reaching your first milestone hunt For mine I chose a special cache at a degree confluence N36 W 079 It took two trips but was well worth it and to celebrate I left a brand new $100 bill behind well not really i have trouble with punctuation sometimes Quote Link to comment
