Turkey Hunters dress in full camo and use Turkey calls to attract the attention of love sick Gobblers... If you happen to hear turkeys while GeoCaching..It may be a good idea to avoid the area...You might be interrupting a turkey hunter. And that hunter might be me Quote Link to comment

+trail hound Posted April 22, 2006 Author Share Posted April 22, 2006 Turkey Season ends the Friday of Memorial Day week-end.There is no Turkey Hunting on Sunday . And Turkey Hunters can only hunt till Noon... In New York State ,Hunting is Allowed on Sundays Quote Link to comment

Hunting turkey is only allowed from one-half hour before sunrise until noon and the hunters must be out of the woods no later than 1:00 p.m. Quote Link to comment
