+AzBaba
Currently using Mapsource 6 and have not seen City Select yet. Are there major improvements or enhancements? Should a buy it? Thanks Quote Link to comment
+Les Nomades
CS will give you precise city map details and much more POI. You'll also be able to have auto routing in the citys depending on the GPS you are using. Otherwise, you'll have less details and will only be able to do auto routing on major roads and highways only. Edited December 27, 2005 by Nomade Quote Link to comment
+seether106
Go to Garmin's product page and use the mapsource map viewer on the right hand side. Select City Select and zoom in to see the street detail you will get. http://www.garmin.com/cartography/ontheRoad/ Make sure your unit is compatible, has auto route capability, and should have at least 24mb. Otherwise it won't be much use unless you carry a laptop around with you. Quote Link to comment
