+Shop99er
I'm 5'9", and currently weigh in at 230. I got big bones.... Caching hasn't had a whole lot of effect on my weight, as far as I know. But, it has helped make me more healthy than I was 18 months ago. Between chasing tupperware and the treadmill that Mrs. Shop99er made me buy I'm in my best health in years. Quote Link to comment
+Hoppingcrow
Always was scrawny. Now I wouldn't cast a shadow if I stood twice. Quote Link to comment
+CoastieGeorge
I gained weight. Right now I am at 190, but I used to be 180. I used to run a few miles or ride the same 20 mile loop in my hometown. Now I jump in the car and go for low paced hikes looking for caches....... Quote Link to comment
nukualofa
I'm 6'3" and weigh in at 209 pounds. My girlfriend is 5'4" and 99 pounds. Lost about 6 pounds since I started geocaching, and I should probably lose 6 more. Quote Link to comment
+Faith the Aquariaqueen
Just turned 40, female and 126.5 lbs as of today. Recently had an unexplained 14 lb weigh loss. My goal has been this.... Under 140 until I was 40. Under 150 until I was 50. Under 160 until I was 60, and After 60, I just want to be a fluffy Grandma. If I am 135 at 60, so be it. New to geocaching, getting discouraged, so maybe a weight gain is in my future as I continue to eat Gorp while reading these forums. Quote Link to comment

+Cpt.Blackbeard
6'6" and 400 pounds. I've lost 25 pounds in the last two months, but through dieting, not geocaching. Walking keeps me in better shape but never seems to affect my weight any. Quote Link to comment
+PlasteredDragon
Exercising adds muscle mass. Muscle is heavy. The heavier you are the more muscle is needed to move you around. I look at exercise as a way of improving my health, not losing weight. Dieting is a good way to lose weight. Anyway, I weigh in at a hefty 255 pounds, but I'm 6'1" and I don't really look chubby.
