+Upham
I wanted to post a picture and my computer asked me to (Enter the complete URL for the image you wish to dispay) What does that mean? Where do I get that info? Thank you. Bob Quote Link to comment
+Ranz
The address it is looking for is the complete web address where your picture is. Example: My signature graphic is located at: http://www.xmission.com/~ddrw/geosign.gif That is the complete web address it is looking for. If the pictures are only on your machine they will have to be posted on the web somewhere before you can reference them. Hope this helps; Quote Link to comment
+Upham
I've only sent pictures in emails. I've never posted on the web. Can you tell me how to do this? I take a digital camera with me and get some nice pics I'd like to share but alas I don't know how. Thank you Bob Quote Link to comment
+geospotter
Rut, Are we talking pictures here in these forums or pictures for a cache detail page? Quote Link to comment
Eric O'Connor
If have space available for a web page through your ISP, than you can upload it there using one of the many FTP clients. (I use SmartFTP myself) The file will then be located on something like. www.yourisp/~username/image.jpg Quote Link to comment
+Upham
Geospotter, I don't have a problem on the cache pages it's here in the forums I run into problems. Choberiba, that's something for me to check out. Thanks, Bob Quote Link to comment
