+Markwell
Head on over to the Hide and Seek page. There's a link to the document in Word format (and a few others as well). Markwell Chicago Geocaching Quote Link to comment
+Smitherington
Two things. One. I believe the note you are looking for is available on the Hide and Seek a Cache page. On the right side of the page listed in many different languages. Two. I think it is a good idea for cachers to get a few more cache finds under their belt before beginning to hide their first cache. It gives you a better sense of what works and what doesn't work. It will give you other ideas. See what other people do with their hides. On the other side of that argument I realize that some people enjoy different aspects of this geocaching craziness than I do. Some enjoy the hunt. Some enjoy the hide. Some enjoy the hike or the view, or the togetherness for the family. And some first hides turn out to be very good ones. Some people have a great imagination and some don't. Good luck. South_Cache
Print the document out, and then take it to Office Depot or Office Max and get it laminated. I get mine reduced to half size and then laminate two at once. For a $1.29 it makes a great cache card! Fair winds, Capn Skully Quote Link to comment
+briansnat
I've taken that note and made several much smaller (and breifer) versions, so they can fit in smaller containers without being folded. I also purchased a laminator specifically for laminating cache notes, but you can have that done for you like the good captain mentioned above. If you like, I can e-mail you my smaller versions. +MercRocks
If you use clear shelf liner Like Mactac or what I have Contact www.contact. You can buy a whole roll fairly cheap and laminate away...... Without your brain, a map is a piece of coloured paper, a compass is a glorified magnet, and a GPS is a waterproof battery case." +strikeforce1
Try this, reduce your size on any copier to .50 %, then get yourself some 2 in carton sealing tape - clear - , using the tape, cover the front side, starting anywhere, we usually start at the bottom, and overlap the last strip by.25-.50 in. and extend over the sides by .75 in, flip card over, then do back in the same manner, once done trim sides with scissors. We do this for a lot of things ( home style laminating ) then when need to update, its cheap. Quote Link to comment

Dorkus&Co.
You can buy acetate (clear plastic) sheets that are used for overhead projectors. These can be used in most copiers instead of paper and it prints (copies) right onto the plastic. The downfall is that it is a little tougher to read because of the clear backgound. You might find someone who has scaned a logbook that filled up, other than that, I dont know of a sample. Just visit a couple older caches and read the logs. Quote Link to comment
