Train cache?

Okay. Crazy idea. The world-famous Ringling Brothers Circus is in my town right now, some friends of mine are performers with the group, and I have been aboard their Ringling Circus Train many times. This is the world's longest privately-owned train, over a mile long, and by itself is a sight to see for anyone who likes trains. Can I list it as a virtual cache, if I include the tour schedule of the cities it is visiting? That way, you know if it is available to "find" in your area, and each finder could include updated coords in the log descriptions, so cachers will know where it is at. Of course, you can't just walk onboard, but to see it and get a photo of it is very impressive. Suggestions?

There is also this one:

quote:
Objects in motion (such as people, vehicles) do not count as a virtual cache, unless that item can be adequately tracked and updated on the web site (For example, a link to a tracker for a vehicle would be ok). If I post the cache today, someone else should be able to find it tomorrow and the next day.
