fly46
I'm just wondering. I use handicaching to list all of the caches that I've placed. I have yet to ever go on it and list a cache that I've simply done. What about the rest of you? Quote Link to comment
Renegade Knight
I've just started putting my caches on it. I'm up to one. I plan on adding about one a week. However there is a method to my being so slow. Edited November 1, 2004 by Renegade Knight Quote Link to comment

fly46
Moving this thread to the Geocaching Topics forum. Thanks. Sometimes I switch back and forth between forums so often I forget where I am. RK - one a week? That'll only take you about a year, then, won't it? Well, maybe only about half a year, since you don't have to do anything that's archived. I only had a couple caches when I decided to start doing that, so now I just do the handicaching form the same day I fill out the cache page. Quote Link to comment
Renegade Knight
I'm also taking notes from a fresh perspective on issues that I come across trying to accuratly rate terrain. I want some space between when I list to have a fresh outlook. Quote Link to comment
OurWoods
So far I've only put it on my caches that are handicap accessible (about 6 or 7.) I didn't think about putting it on the ones that weren't. hmm.... Quote Link to comment
fly46
Well, I've found it useful because at the end you can chose to put in your name and a note, and I put in notes like, for instance a person in a wheel chair can make it to within 20 feet, so they'll know they can get out almost to the cache and then someone can grab it and bring it so they can log it... etc.. I don't have any caches rated over 3.5/3 (and the ones with high cache difficulty are math requireing multis), so most of mine can be almost done by someone wheelchair bound. Quote Link to comment
ZackJones
I've rated my caches on it but I haven't rated caches I've done yet. I think the web site offers a great service to geocaching. Zack Quote Link to comment
CompuCash
I've rated my caches on it but I haven't rated caches I've done yet. I think the web site offers a great service to geocaching. Zack after I was contacted by RK about writing up the instructions for using the site, I now rate all my caches and also put it on every one of the caches I create - see bottom of this cache page - http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...a7-0bcd50e9218a Quote Link to comment
Pto
I have rated many of my finds, and also rated all of my hides- I like to use the notes section to add ayn useful information, parking ideas, etc- A great site! Quote Link to comment
Cymbaline
I went back and rated all my hides after some discussions with a couple of handicachers. Not that I have a ton or anything... Quote Link to comment
