WH
I was just wondering if any of the Magellan "Cache Her If You Can" winners have received their prizes and, if so, what did you get? Quote Link to comment
+Corp Of Discovery
Still awaiting notification here. FTF on the Chicago one. Quote Link to comment
+JoesBar
I found both Cleveland caches. Since that was only two weeks ago, I don't expect my mystery prize for several weeks. Quote Link to comment
+papade
I ftf'd the Cleveland cache #27B, and know the Magellan has had it in their offices since 10:46am, last wednesday and still haven't seen anything posted as to what I have won. Sigh....Oh well...must continue to practice patience. Quote Link to comment
+The Roving Ravenstones
Was the FTF for #29, just sent mine out priority mail today I hope to hear soon! Quote Link to comment
+pdxmarathonman
I still am holding the certificate for #26. It says to wait 6-8 weeks after they receive the certificate. There is no way to know what you've won until the entire contest is completed since the grand prizes are awarded in a random drawing. I think the certificates must be received by end of September. I am going to send it Certified since "proof of mailing isn't proof of receiving". Edited August 31, 2004 by pdxmarathonman Quote Link to comment

+pdxmarathonman
From the Rules/Regs The grand prize awarded to each winner will be chosen at random as Prize Claim Documents are received. I guess I should read a little closer. Quote Link to comment
+papade
I sent mine via express mail so I could track it on www.usps.com. It shows that a V MEDINA signed for it on 8-26-04 at 10:46am. So they have recieved the new data. Now they need to react to it and post the information. Shouldn't take a week to do that. Quote Link to comment
+JoesBar
As stated in an eariler post, Magellan has FTF's and their prizes for missions 1-25 on the website. Mission #1 won the geocaching getaway prize. The rest won geocaching gear. I wonder where the getaway trip is to, what is in the geocaching gear package? They also list the mystery prize winners but make no mention of what the prizes are. I would guess mystery prizes are hats or shirts. But one of those water bottles would be nice too. +IV_Warrior
A cacher on another board posted what he got. I got my prizes from the Magellan Challenge thingy:- A pair of 'see behind you' sunglasses - 'Hockeypuck' Binoculars - Suntone 3-in-1 Soft Lite - 2004 Tenting Directory Doesn't seem worth the headache to me, glad I didn't even attempt one. Pantalaimon
Doesn't seem worth the headache to me, glad I didn't even attempt one. Hrrrhghn? I'm confused as to how hunting Magellan's Cache Her If You Can Caches is anymore of a "headache" for a cacher than any other cache. Quote Link to comment

The last 6 winners all won at least the mid-level prize and I lucked out and got the 4th trip. Now, where to go.... Quote Link to comment
