+PilotMan
I was just wanting to know the different types of unique caching containers people have seen. I'm working on a cache project and need some ideas. Quote Link to comment

+Robespierre
I used to be creative. You know, my life as a cache owner is just easier with ammo boxes. I get 'em for $3. Quote Link to comment

+EScout
Surplus Army Metal Cans, not Ammo, Micro size. I just picked up 6 of these for $10. They are of heavy gauge aluminum, have a rubber seal, animal proof and strong enough to stand on. They have about the same volume as a decon container (I poured water from one to other.)Major Surplus- German Army Butter Cans Great value, super quality, cheap. Going to camo paint one soon. Snag one from the dollar store first - I checked out some and they were so thin and non-waterproof as to be useless. Also the lanyard / container connection was real wimpy. Quote Link to comment
