If you visit the belgium geocaching.com site will you notice that you will have to choose either the french or the dutch version of the belgiumsite. Two different forums, with more activity in the dutchspeaking than the frenchspeaking. A lot of countries in Europe do have their own non-GC-forums, such as Norway, Denmark, Sweden, England etc...
