I just wanted to know if there is a way to look at the cache page of an archived cache that got archived before it was published.

If it wasn't Published, no.

That does seem to be the case, now.  However, a couple of mine were archived before publication (this was a few years ago) - I had laid out a series of themed hides, just ideas for caches in a series placed around my local area (NOT a power trail!!).  I did the write ups, found places for several, but a couple were stalled on getting permission at the locations I wanted, and eventually archived by either the reviewers or an automatic process.  I later went back to work on the series, and I could see those cache pages, copy the description I had previously done, and put that in a new cache listing with a current GC code which then published.  I still had a couple pages I could still see but didn't use at that time.

I want to use another of those pages, but I can no longer see those archived, unpublished caches - I know there were at least 2 and I now have a placement for one of them - I don't remember the old GC code but I do remember the title I gave it.  I'd love to have the write up back, but it may be simpler to recreate it than to try and figure out how to get to that archived cache page!  I swear I remember being able to see those archived, unpublished pages!!!

It will depend. If you were the one that created the cache page, yes. If it was someone else, no.

It seems that was the case a couple of years back - I could see my own unpublished but archived cache pages.  How do I see them now?

Eureka!  I found it!  Actually, what I found was the email from HQ stating, "This old, unpublished cache has been archived as part of site maintenance and database clean-up."  It had the old GC code, and when I clicked on it, the old cache page came up!!!  Sweet!

Thankfully I save all those emails from HQ....it does seem that I could see it in my list of archived caches as well, but it no longer seems to be listed there.  I'm happy to have found the old listing that I worked on years ago (the email is from 2020).  Soooo much easier to do a new listing and copy/paste the old info I had done!!!

I can still see mine. Go to https://www.geocaching.com/my/geocaches.aspx and then click the word Archive and you'll see every cache you archived even if it was archived before it was published :)

That only shows 8 caches for me, 2 events and 6 other caches.  I actually have 10 according to my Dashboard, 4 events and 6 others, but none of my unpublished archives are listed.  I was able to find and view the cache page, via an old email from HQ.  But they are not listed on my profile anywhere that I can see.
