odd exclamation mark in search list

(asking for a friend as this hasn't happened to me)
See attached pic - This odd exclamation mark appeared in a list of caches when doing a local search - the mark is on one of her own caches - but no reason known for it there is nothing wrong with the cache and other folk who do the search say it doesnt appear like this on their list

seems like a glitch - but what would this mean if seen on a cache listing like this

Thanks

I would assume she posted a draft on her own geocache and didn't submit it yet.

Yup - that sounds logical - i don't use the app but will check if this is the cause - cheers

As Max and 99 mentioned, that happens when a log is saved as a Draft in The Official App.  While testing things after this came up in previous threads, I've been able to unintentionally lock that icon onto a cache, even when the Draft is gone.  You could ask your friend if she has any pending Drafts, and if so, to submit the logs.  If there are no Drafts, create a Note log on that same cache, then delete the log.
