How can I create a list of caches starting or ending with a specific letter?

Starting with:  Load your PQs into GSAK, sort alphabetically, scroll, extract the group you need.

 

Ending with:  Can you write software?

I should have done a screen grab while it was up.  But I did go caching.

Project-GC's Advanced Search can do such a search; it appears you are a paid member over there too so it should be accessible to you:

 

 

You can then add the results to a VGPS list, and then send that list to a Geocaching.com bookmark list.

 

 

EDIT:

 

There appears to be a bug with the "Ends with" option at the moment. I reported it to them. For now, for caches that end with a particular letter, select "Extended" search and append a dollar sign:
