New map update

Yesterday while seeking hides we noticed the city names are gone. While trying to locate a destination the map was useless. We wanted to plan kur trip around caches however the lack of names made it a tedious task and was very discouraging. Would appreciate city and town names be returned to the map.

What type of Smartphone do you have, and which map option are you using?

 

I am seeing city, town and neighborhood names just fine on my iPhone using either Street Map or Trails map.

On my app the city names are displaying correctly.

When I zoom in and out I still see all the location names.

Hmmm. Looking at the trails map for that area I still see all the names..

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with the app; thank you for writing in.

 

Can you please confirm the map type you're using? On the main map tab, the icon to change map settings can be found with the layer/stack icon (a rhombus in the upper right-hand corner of the screen). Please note that the Satellite map type will not show the names of cities/towns/other jurisdictions.

I'm going to stop trying to be helpful, if my posts get removed.

 

There's an issue with the raster version of the Trails/Geocaching map, which may be the OP's issue.
