  1. Hello. We rolled out a hotfix to address this issue. Please update your apps to Version 9.3.1. Thanks!
  2. Hi @The Snowdog, thank you for reporting this bug. I have relayed this information to our engineers who can begin looking for a fix. Please bear in mind though, benchmarks can still be logged despite 'destroyed' logs.
  3. Thank you to all for reporting this issue. Our engineers have been made aware and are looking into a fix.
  4. Although there are workarounds (such as using another browser, and refreshing as you mention), I assure you our engineers are working to resolve this. Thank you. Merging another thread that was created for this issue.
  5. As it turns out, "attended" logs do not count toward your Favorite point progress. Edit: This might not be the case - I had various results while testing this. Currently looking further into it.
  6. Hello Gaffman, I have notified our engineers that this still an issue. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.
  7. I merged two threads about the same topic. Our engineers are still looking into a fix for this and we appreciate your patience in the meantime.
  8. Hello @Jellocaches, are you still experiencing this? It sounds like a connectivity issue more than anything. If you submit a ticket to contact@geocaching.com, we can help you troubleshoot privately. I will keep an eye on this thread for any additional reports, however.
  9. Hi Chalupa_Dad, What internet browser are you using? It's probably worthwhile to hard refresh the page or attempt submitting the cache in a different browser. I hope this helps!
  10. Hi CCFwasG, What kind of error are you receiving? Error 500 or 404 perhaps? I'm also curious where exactly you are encountering the error. Is it directly after you click the Map List button? Thanks for providing more info - this should help us get a better idea of what's going on.
  11. I have made our engineers aware of this bug. While it's certainly inconvenient, please note this doesn't limit functionality as the necessary waypoints are still listed. Thanks for your patience as we look into a better solution.
  12. Hi @ThreeBlackLabs, it sounds like you may be running an older version of the app. Can you delete the app, then try reinstalling it from the App Store? Thanks! I hope this helps. P.S. Max and 99 is correct in that Wonders of the World officially ended on February 20.
  13. Thank you all for providing more info about this issue. We will continue looking for a potential resolution. Thanks for your patience.
  14. Hello - I'm sorry to see the Deuces Wild wasn't awarded correctly. To help our engineers diagnose the issue, can you please tell us what device you logged your finds from? Operating system and version information would be particularly helpful. Thanks!

  20. Hello! We rolled out a hot-fix that made the window collapsable - it is also collapsed by default. Hopefully it is less of an annoyance for those who don't wish to edit their settings now. Thanks for providing feedback on this feature.
  21. Hi there! Yes, any message containing a period with characters on either side (e.g. "r.p") will be considered a third-party link by the Message Center filter. This is considered expected behavior, although it is slightly inconvenient. In December we were experiencing more widespread issues with this error message that we now believe are fixed. We do, however, appreciate you raising this point - hopefully this thread can help out other geocachers experiencing the same issue.
  22. This missing button is still being worked on. We know how inconvenient this bug is and we hope to see it resolved as soon as possible - your patience is appreciated.
  23. Hi Team Petrobus - our engineers are aware of this issue and are working to fix it. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience in the meantime.
  24. I was able to look your email up in our internal system and I see that you are using an email provider with known issues. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience as we look for a potential solution.
  25. This seems like the most likely culprit since we also experienced difficulties with Wonders of the World during that outage. In that case, the issue should resolve itself if you delete the log and relog with the appropriate date. I hope this helps.
