+Pharisee Posted April 21, 2023 Share Posted April 21, 2023 My Charter membership was supposed to be renewed yesterday (20/04/2023) but for some reason, my bank thought that Groundspeak's request for payment was possibly fraudulent and declined the payment. I've sorted that out with my bank but I'm getting no whelp whatsoever from Groundspeak, just repeated automated replies to my query that are of no help. Is there any way I can pay via the Geocaching website... I can't find one. I really don't want to lose the Charter status. Thanks John (Pharisee) 1 Quote Link to comment
