DananKel Posted March 24, 2018 Share Posted March 24, 2018 i was walking my dog me an my partner decided to go of road along the way we found a box with items an a lil note inside it lead us to this website and the last date recorded on it is 1/5/16 dont seem to see any traceable items for GPS how do i go about this lol ? +K13 Posted March 24, 2018 Share Posted March 24, 2018 There are pages and pages in the Help Center regarding the various Guidelines of this hobby, but the basics are: 1 Set up an account (you've done that!) 2. Find a Geocache (you've done that) 3. Sign your name and date found to the logsheet in the Geocache and replace it all exactly where and how you found it. (that way the next player can find it) 4. Return to the website (or use a phone app) and log about your activity online. (Use the appropriate log type: Found it, Didn't Find it, etc.) Geocaching has an Official App for both Android or iOS and they are free. Or you can use a GPS and computer to access the coordinates and locate more caches. Quote Link to comment

Where did you find it? What are the recent names and dates in the cache log? Is there more info in or on the container that might help identify it? It may be possible to figure out which cache it is.
