No. The best that you can do is post a note to the cache page asking anyone that is watching it to identify themselves. When I did that several years ago I got an answer from someone that was a basic member, thus couldn't create a bookmark list, and he would watch caches that he thought it might want to find, sort of as a bookmark list. Similar to NYPaddleCacher, the few we're aware of are often basic members who can't do bookmarks or PQs, and watch them for a family member (for maintenance issues mostly). But a basic member couldn't access your pmos to put it on watch. Guess I don't understand how it isn't a privacy issue on pmo hides for just looking at it once (though many simply bypass the audit these days...), but you can watch a cache for maybe the life of it.
