+Criminal Posted October 10, 2002 Posted October 10, 2002 This is a somewhat patronizing poll but, what the hell. Where in the US is the BEST place to geocache? Now tell me (and everybody else) WHY. Quote

+Wander Lost Posted October 10, 2002 Posted October 10, 2002 Washington & Oregon are the best places to cache because we have the best cachers. DUH!!! If ignorance is bliss, why aren't there more happy people?? Quote
+Nurse Dave Posted October 10, 2002 Posted October 10, 2002 I was going to vote anywhere west of Idaho, but I don't see that as a choice. ---Real men cache in shorts. Quote
Walkin Stick Posted October 12, 2002 Posted October 12, 2002 I guess it depends on your map... but I just checked the one I've got and it seems Alaska is in the upper left hand corner. While I've thoroughly enjoyed multiple visits there, I've yet to do any geocaching on those trips. I have on the other hand cached in about half of the states in the contiguous 48, and can honestly say that the Great Northwest does indeed have some of the best geocaching... and geocachers!. Somehow it just doesn't seem fair though... I mean, shoot! It seems like the best of everything is found there! And, somehow, I'm stuck in Illinois! _____________________________________________________ Support your local rescue team.... Get Lost! _____________________________________________________ Quote

And, somehow, I'm stuck in Illinois! Hey, This time last year I was "stuck in Illinois" at Clinton (Nuclear) Power Station and I had a great time hunting local caches. Lighten up.... I wouldn't want to live in Illinois (even though I have on several occasions) but I sure do like to geocache there. There are some great caches along the IL/IN border. Sassquatch Posted November 29, 2002 Posted November 29, 2002 You have at least 3 bigfoot in this photo. And funny thing is I think I went to high school with the one in the middle. Please don't sellout and give this picture to the Weekly World News. Peeing your pants is the coolest Quote
+Criminal Posted February 26, 2003 Author Posted February 26, 2003 Just thought I'd drag this one back to the top so that the O state isn't monopolizing the heading... http://fp1.centurytel.net/Criminal_Page/ Quote
+evergreenhiker! Posted February 28, 2003 Posted February 28, 2003 Voted for Pacific NW. I've only done parts of Oregon and Washington is my home state. However, I'm sure Idaho has some really cool caches too. Quote
+charlietd Posted March 1, 2003 Posted March 1, 2003 Geocaching is fun no matter where you do it. There is always something new to see or learn about. If I'm traveling and I got some time, I go caching!! But where's the best place to geocache? Wherever you're at my friend..
