Geocache guidelines advice

I've been thinking about hiding my first cache and I found a nice spot while I was out today but I'm not sure if it would be within the guidelines. It would involve gluing magnets to the inside of a drain pipe. Thoughts?

When you ask permission of the land manager, mention the magnets. If they give explicit permission, you can tell your reviewer that.

Then set up your listing before doing any physical changes to the location, and state in the notes that it is NOT ready to publish, that you have explicit permission for this method of attachment, and what the method of attachment is. If the reviewer OKs it, you're good. If not, you're not out anything but the time to get permission and set up the listing.

Thanks TriciaG, I have made some inquiries on who to ask for permission and will take your advice when I find out.

cerberus1 It's not really a drain pipe I suppose, but a concrete culvert to allow water to flow under a road. I was hoping there would be some pre-existing cracks or some way to hide a cache in there as is but I didn't find any.
