Number of Caches in Midwest

I just saw that a second Ohio cach was posted. I can't wait till I can get some time to search for it. It is pretty close to my house. Seeing how few caches there was in Ohio I assumed all of the midwest was like this. I'm glad to see that I was wrong. I checked the midwest states and there are 27 caches.

 

Illinois: 11

Indiana: 4

Michigan: 6

Missouri: 3

Ohio: 2

Wisconsin: 1

 

Illinois has it pretty good with eleven. I wish Ohio had that many caches. I hope to place one when I get some free time. I have the logbook and stuff all together I just haven't found that perfect spot yet.

Michigan 490

Illinois 464

Missouri 410

Ohio 369

Indiana 356

Wisconsin 356

 

When I started in June 2001, there were about 60 caches in the 100 mile radius, now there are 280+. Guess I better get busy, I have found only 160 of them. Only 120 to go!
