Nevadanick #2 not received ... but I think since 'Noel' is generally a 'holiday' theme, best to wait.

 

At this time of year, International shipments are also often delayed / very slow.

 

Yes, we all had plenty of time to get it done, but I also think some waited so a mission would be received on/about the actual holiday.

 

Also, with the holiday close at hand, I'm sure there are many folks here who will not even be checking the forums online.

edit to add: May be quite possible that some cachers are also 'purists' by nature and are actually waiting until Christmas Day to even open their arrival envelope and post accordingly.

Grimmsteig is a 77km hiking trail (link in German I'm afraid) to honor the Brothers Grimm, who collected their famous fairy tales around my area. There are caches all along the trail.

We (Lady Pinguin and myself) just arrived home after a couple of days in Berlin to score some finds with A LOT of favorite points.

The first thing I checked was the mail and there it was! A shiny white envelop with a familiar return address. Inside I found a nice Christmas card and a Tsunrisebey pouch containing a gift wrapped item. Although I am very curious to know what is inside, I'll wait just one more day and open it on Christmas morning.

Yesterday i received this card from Kathleem A.K.A. KatnDogz and it came with a gift-wrapped coin. I guess this means i can't open it until Christmas.

Until then it has a nice spot in our X-mas tree. Can't wait to open it !

This morning the alarm clock woke me up and instead of the usual 20 snooze actions i jumped right out of bed and quickly went downstairs because there was something waiting for me underneath the xmas tree ! The package has been lurking at me for days and now it was finally time to open it.

 

I already inspected the package before and could feel there were two items in it and after unpacking it i found these two gems:

 

 

A beautyfull Neptunes Compas - Minnesota Vikings Edition and a Coinfusion (Bronze ?) which i so wanted to have in my collection !

So after getting permission to open my mission, I decided to wait for The Day so drneal wouldn't whine too much... ...and this is what was inside that barely licked envelope!
