Wherigo question

I did my first Wherigo using an iPhone4. I had no problems at all, did all of the zones and found and signed the log.

 

My problem started when I tried to unlock it. I tried the preferred option1 - upload yiur saved game. I don't know if its because I used an iPhone, but that didnt work for me. So I tried option 2 - and typed in the code that the Wherigo gave and error msg. Thought maybe the "O" was a "0" so I tried it again with no luck.

 

What am I doing wrong?

I can't tell you what you are doing wrong. I have only done one Wherigo and I used a Garmin GPS for the unlock code. Anyway, I did notice that in this group of forums there is a Wherigo section and just glancing at it I noticed an iPhone question as one of the topics. You might have better luck posting your question there.

The good news is that if you don't figure this out, you ate still allowed to log your find on Geocaching.com

Yes, it would be nice to log the cartridge, but isn't required before logging the cache.
