Collectible geocoins

I want to hide a geocache and I want to put some collectible geocoins in it. What do I have to do to tell the finder that he can keep the geocoin or that it is a trackable geocoin?

You can say there is an unactivated coin for FTF in the cache description. This probably would be better at the (for link, click>>> ) GEOCOIN FORUM

Put the coin in an envelope, and write on the envelope what you would like the finder to do with the coin ... ie, 'this is an unactivated geocoin for you to keep, please trade evenly'

 

or 'This unactivated geocoin is a FTF prize, no trade required'

 

This will distinguish it a bit from the usual traveling geocoins that might be in the cache.

Do nothing. Seems they dissappear quick enough on their own.

I like to use GeoCoin Buddies. They fit right in the little plastic sleeve that most geocoins come in, and they tell finders exactly what to do with the coin. Very nice things they are.
