+gimli
l.s. does anyone know how to change the easygps files to show an geocache icon instead of an dot without changeing the waypoints one-by one? regards, Michiel Link to comment
+Mopar
Get your pocket queries in GPX format instead of LOC. Then run them thru spinner. If you don't use a PDA, you can turn off the part that outputs all the PDA pages, and just use it for the icon/waypoint name stuff. Tae-Kwon-Leap is not a path to a door, but a road leading forever towards the horizon. Link to comment
+Night Hunter
My last batch came through with Geocache icons instead of dots. I was quite surprised because I was wondering this very same thing. Night Hunter If Wyle E. Coyote could afford all that ACME stuff... Why didn't he just buy DINNER? Link to comment

You can do it easily by using a text editor like Notepad. First open the .loc file in EasyGPS and then do a save-as in .gpx format. Open this file with Notepad and use the "replace" function to change "<sym>Waypoint</sym>" to "<sym>Geocache</sym>". Click on "replace all" and then re-save the file. +Renegade Knight
I think it's an upgrade to EasyGPS. My last several batches have the Geocache. Dot's were fine by me. Heck I like them better. ===================== Wherever you go there you are. Link to comment
