I want to meet new people while enjoying my new hobby of geocaching. I was hopining to meet a few people at some of the FTF's I have raced too but No luck.

If anyone in the Barrie Area would like to come and cache with My Fiance and myself is more than welcome. get back to us.

You appear to be in Barrie (according to your profile) so you are very likely to find folks if you drop by and visit the Central Ontario Geocachers forums!

"COG" folks organize a monthly event somewhere in Central Ontario and there are often folks heading out for caching trips, treks and adventures.

You'll probably find a friend or two that can help you wish your GPS unit, also.

LOL, I've been known to on occasion. We have an introductory course on Feb 25th (GC3AXCN) but seasoned cachers are welcomed too. Also, we're having our family friendly monthly Pizza & Beer event (GC3ANP7) on Feb 29th (usually last Thursday of the month). Also, if you are on meetup.com, we have a Calgary geocaching group where we organize cache outings and mainly try to introduce new people to caching.
