Watchlist or bookmarks to iPhone

Is there an easy way to transfer a list of caches from the geocaching.com web site (e.g. from a desktop computer) to the iPhone app? For example, I am on the web site tonight looking for caches to hit tomorrow. Ideally, I could find caches with the map, add them to a list, and then pull up that list tomorrow when I'm out caching. Something which could combine this with elements of a pocket query (downloading all of the cache data to my iPhone over WLAN) would be great. Thanks.

Do you mean like the "send to gps" button?

Or if we could click, "save to saved lists" and it would just transfer over?

I think that would be great!

 

You could bookmark individual caches and run a PQ off a that bookmark list.

Or add the GC code to your favorites/saved lists.

You can do this by creating a BOOKMARK LIST

 

Create a Bookmark List and put whatever caches in it that you want.....

 

Then, when you go into the main LIST screen (geocaching.com), you can create a pocket query from the list that you created.

 

Then, after the PQ has run - go into your iphone APP and click on Pocket Queries (at the bottom).

You should be able to download the PQ that you created from your bookmark list.

Are we talking about the same app? The official app doesn't seem to have Pocket Queries - button.

It would be great to transfer lists to iPhone though. So far it seems not possible...?

Just how do you run the PQ from the list though?

After you create your bookmark list, you head over to your 'lists" (under your profile). There will be all your lists that you've created. At the end of each list it will say, "create PQ"

Thanks for the replies. So a PQ seems to be the way to go. However, viewing bookmarks from the geocaching.com web site would be helpful. There seem to be several other things one can do with the web site but not with the iPhone app.
