  1. Please add the capability to attach photos to trackable item logs. This should be fairly easy to implement since the cache log already includes the ability to attach photos. I had a trackable today which wanted to be photographed, but I have to transfer the picture to my computer first.
  2. There's also info here under "Finding Multicaches/Adding Additional Waypoints" http://forums.Groundspeak.com/GC/index.php?showtopic=225168&st=0&p=3979045entry3979045
  3. Here's something I posted on the log for a multi-part cache. " Entering the coordinates on an iPhone are a little tricky. One could easily end up with a location across the street or in Nepal. The coordinates from the ammo can are in the decimal minutes format: xx xx.xxx yy yy.yyy where x and y are numbers. One way is to just type "loc: Nxx xx.xx,Wyy.yyy" into the Maps (iPhone app) search field, substituting the numbers from the ammo can for the x's and y's. Be sure to use the N and W to pick the right hemisphere. If the "loc:" is omitted, Google Maps will find the nearest street address and not the desired coordinates. One can also use "Map It" in the Geocaching.com application, then enter the coordinates in the same format. The "loc:" can be omitted when using this map, however the search results will show both the desired coordinates (green marker) and the nearest street address (red A marker) across the street. "
  4. Thanks for the replies. So a PQ seems to be the way to go. However, viewing bookmarks from the geocaching.com web site would be helpful. There seem to be several other things one can do with the web site but not with the iPhone app.
  5. Is there an easy way to transfer a list of caches from the geocaching.com web site (e.g. from a desktop computer) to the iPhone app? For example, I am on the web site tonight looking for caches to hit tomorrow. Ideally, I could find caches with the map, add them to a list, and then pull up that list tomorrow when I'm out caching. Something which could combine this with elements of a pocket query (downloading all of the cache data to my iPhone over WLAN) would be great. Thanks.
