+Team Batpony
Hello. I just recently bought a used Garmin eTrex venture. It connects to the computer fine, and I can send caches to it from the cache page. 2 questions: How can I send PQs to it thru GSAK, and how can I delete the last person's waypoints from it? +John in Valley Forge
Cannot believe this has been up for an hour without any GSAK experts answering. I've never used it. Quote Link to comment

Clan Riffster
I export my GSAK database to Mapsource, then click "Send To Device". Quote Link to comment
+Panther&Pine
Guess I'll do the quick GSAK deal (really need to save this someplace so I don't have to type it every time). Download GSAK (Free to try) Create PQ (remember to pick a day to run) Wait for the email to tell you the PQ ran Get GSAK open Download PQ from website to a place you can find it again Navigate to GSAK- see the little folder icon? Go there, navigate to the PQ you just downloaded. Open it. See the little icon with the page and a magnifine glass? Click there- start playing with filters (save some?) Figure out how many caches fit on your GPS. Get your filter down to that number (or lower) Plug GPS in- make sure you have the correct drivers See the top tab that says GPS? Click there Choose send to GPS Quote Link to comment

You text doesn't indicate that you are using PQ's but are using LOC files. Quote Link to comment

+secondgunman
So.....you post a question AND bump it twice it an hour. Then twenty minutes later you figured it out on your own? Maybe you should have spent the twenty minutes solving it yourself first. Just sayin'. Quote Link to comment

I would google it, but too much yelling and demanding- can't be bothered. Quote Link to comment

Instead of demanding answers here and pouting because they are not coming fast enough, try this. 1. Go to the Garmin site, find your owner manual, download it and read it. 2. Go to the GSAK site, read the Getting Started Guide. Quote Link to comment
