Finds not keeping up

I just noticed that when I logged in two finds, that it didn't up date the number, but on the profile number it did.??

The stat page shows the right amount also.

Try refreshing the view where the numbers don't appear.

When I look at your profile, I see "19 caches found". 5 were logged as found today.

They weren't there when I posted, honest . Must just be a litle slow today.

No problem.

 

As I said above, click your refresh button if it looks like the finds aren't being updated as you post your logs.

 

It does take a few minutes to catch up if left unrefreshed.

I had the same problem last night. Logged out, then logged back into my profile, et voilà!

The different numbers are on two different servers. It takes one a few minutes to update the numbers. During really heavy traffic days I have seen it take fifteen minutes

I tried refesh NADA, I went out then back in NATA, Did a few more caches (2 hr) It was up to date. Loged in the 3 new caches and still - 3. Sigh.

I shut down the computor, and restarted, Still show 2275 @ 1225hr,

i logged 3 more caches and still shows 2275 and should show 2278. It always changed when I'm using field notes and go from i log to the other.

Ditto here. Just noticed it I amd at 2482, logged 3, but it is not keeping up ANYWHERE. As with KMhiker, usually as I log the field notes.. the counts went up accordingly... there was no delay of any kind, does anyone know if there is a "Feedback" opened on this issue?

 

I'll be looking at that next. LOL...Not about the numbers....LOL, perhaps not, but sometimes...gotta wonder!

For both posters, I saw these numbers on your profiles, your logs on the caches, etc.

As reported by Moun10Bike, last night in one of the Feedback threads. The data is now cached on the server and can take up to 30 min to update.

It's a minor thing, but it's little annoyances like this that sometimes get people very frustrated, because it is there all the time. Giving people a new feature (e.g. indication on the cache page regarding when they found the cache), then taking it away because of performance reason, is not good PR.

 

Hopefully they get their performance issues fixed soon.
