+brodiebunch Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 (edited) GC7BE8-Race Track GC8DE6-Trinity GC5603-The Anchor These are three virtuals near downtown Nashville. As a westerner, those virtuals reminded me just how old Nashville and Tennessee is. Edited July 5, 2010 by brodiebunch Quote

+jeffbouldin Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 We have some great cache owners up here and most caches in the flood areas have been checked, replaced, or archived. Feel free to drop me an email through my profile. Quote

+mahini Posted July 7, 2010 Posted July 7, 2010 I attempted to geocache in the Land Between the Lakes area, as well as Grand Rivers KY (within 2 hours of nashville). I had techincal difficulties, meaning my gps! So, i'm jealous! Quote
+Castle Mischief Posted July 7, 2010 Posted July 7, 2010 I attempted to geocache in the Land Between the Lakes area, as well as Grand Rivers KY (within 2 hours of nashville). I had techincal difficulties, meaning my gps! So, i'm jealous! I was in LBL the last weekend in June and found a couple of soggy caches around Energy Lake but they were still findable. All the camp sites that had been closed due to flooding in that area were open- in fact the only road closings were due to unannounced road work (LBL staff seemed to be finding out about the work as it was happening).
