+Wolfpack414
I currently receive notifications on my Blackberry. It does not have enough memory to open geocaching.com. It would be ideal if the cache cords could be sent in the notification text. Then I could just plug them in and go. Is it possible to have the cords sent in the notification? Link to comment

Better be a traditional cache .... wouldn't want people running off after Unknown, Wherigo or Multicaches without seeing the listing. Link to comment
+Wolfpack414
True. Maybe we need more information in the notification. Edited April 29, 2010 by Wolfpack414 Link to comment
ao318
This has been asked for, including by myself, before. The response that I received was that they want people to visit the site to see the information about the cache and it's possible special needs. I don't think this is coming soon even though they said they might implement it on new cahe listings. Link to comment

+Hitech MD
So what happens when the cache is retracted minutes after it was published by mistake or when it is published after dark and you don't know the cache is only available during daylight hours. The cache page details need to be looked at before you hunt for the cache, anything else is irresponsible. HiTech MD Link to comment

Not enough memory on a blackberry? Really? Surprised, but you could always try the wap site at wap.geocaching.com Link to comment
+Hitech MD
Seems like including a .gpx would address all of these issues. Not all .gpx software displays the attributes (again sometimes very important cache restriction information). The .gpx file doesn't contain the disclaimer. Yes most only read it once but it covers Groundspeaks &%@. Link to comment
